Requirements related to acceptance of complaints

1. In order to have a memory product accepted by the service department of Wilk Elektronik S.A. it is necessary to deliver the product either in person or by courier.

1.1 In cases where a product is delivered by courier, the cost is borne by the customer.

2. According to the conditions stipulated in Point 1, it is important to note that:

  • a copy of the purchase invoice should be included,
  • the warranty seals of the product must not be damaged,
  • the device must be complete (e.g. USB drive, etc.),
  • any labels and markings made on the module by the purchaser must be removed.

2.1 In cases where a product that is the subject of a complaint is delivered to the service department by courier, it is important to note that:

  • antistatic packaging must be used,
  • the product must be registered at www.wilk.com.pl in the section ‘on-line service’ and a print-out of the complaint form must be attached to the shipment.
