Starting December 2007 Wilk Elektronik SA will offer a new SDHC card with the capacity of 16GB. Although the card’s speed is classified in the 4th class, the real user parameters allow classifying it in the 6th class. Similarly to all GOODRAM products, also this card has lifetime guarantee.
GOODRAM SDHC 16GB answers the growing demands of contemporary consumer electronics. That is why the card, which can read data with the speed of 19 MB/s (write speed of 8,5 MB/s)  allows recording as much as 4 hour film in High Definition quality, which corresponds to more than 8000 pictures in the resolution of 7Mpix. „Our purpose was to introduce to the market a high capacity card with very good user parameters and at a very competitive price at the same time” – explains Łukasz Gruszka, Flash Memory Product Manager of Wilk Elektronik SA. These words are confirmed by the reseller’s price of the card, which will be circulating around 87 €. GOODRAM SDHC cards support copy protection technology CPRM3, with the use of FAT32 files. In the first quarter of 2008, Wilk Elektronik SA plans to launch a 32GB card, which tops the upper limit set for SDHC cards.
